To enhance the growth of the AALA and the landscape architecture industry by promoting the participation and development of emerging professionals.

To increase awareness of the EPLA group within the AALA member firms and the community at large, to showcase the accomplishments of emerging professionals, and to encourage the professional and personal development of emerging professionals.
